If I hit a good shot, I shouldn’t have to hit it out of a [ __ ] divot, bro. Like, I’m sorry. If I strike the ball down the middle of the fairway and now just because it rolled a foot into somebody else’s divot and now I got to hit out of there, like, I don’t get no reward for that. That’s horrible. I just stop telling people what to do in general. Yeah. Just stop telling grownups what to do, how to wear your hat. Just cuz someone says I’m allowed to wear shorts doesn’t mean I’m going to wear shorts. You know what I mean? It’s like just don’t tell me what to do and I’ll be respectful and I’ll be mannered and I’ll be appropriate and I’m not going to beat the course up and I’m going to rake the bunkers and like all that’s already going to happen.

So true! As long as we do our diligence to keep our promise. Like that old saying “You take care of the course, the course will take care of you”. I hear you Stephen, it makes no sense on people telling you what to wear or how to wear it. Let the way you play speak. It definitely feels like a gut punch when you stripe a ball down the center and you get there and it’s in a divot. I wouldn’t really care if I was playing with someone and they just popped it out onto the grass. We not getting paid to play, it’s for fun but also therapy.
