Michael Kim wins, but he’s not happy. Michael Kim clinched the French Open with clutch birdies on the final holes, edging Elvis Smiley by one shot at 16 under. But despite the win, Kim voiced disappointment over the 2026 venue change back to Lolf National, calling it disappointing and much tougher than this year’s course.
