Golf Rules – Ball at rest moved by outside influence (e.g. bird)

Q. If your ball at rest is moved by a bird (outside influence), what do you do?

A. There is no penalty, and the ball must be replaced on its original spot (which is not known must be estimated).
There is no repercussion for the outside influence.
