If you sway in the backswing ⬇️

If you sway and you are AWESOME – then that’s fantastic! Keep it up! 👍

If you sway and you’re struggling, this may help:

🔹 Keep the pressure on the inside of your trail foot in the backswing

🔹 Imagine your trail glute turning and moving TOWARD the target

I love those internal cues for players that tend to slide, but this drill really forces your pelvis to not slide at all.
