Don’t do this. Some exercise variation is good, I wish I could switch it up holy moly.

I think this is a good example of how you can still make solid gains with even just 1 exercise and the takeaway for you should be that it’s likely the emphasis on exercise variation and little movement hacks to spark more muscle growth….is vastly OVER STATED. For muscle gain specifically.

Performance goals, mobility, functional training etc. obvs a different ball game.

if you only did one tricep exercise for 3 years what would you look like well that’s what I did due to some limitations from muscle imbalances I can’t train my chest back or shoulders directly and this is the only arm exercise I’ve been able to execute with intensity that doesn’t worsen the problem and lead to numbness in the left side of my face

  1. About the numbness check your C1 C2 vertebrae and see if there's a muscle knot left check numbness is because of M1 hypoperfusion on the right side of the brain, so check right side neck of, sleeping with a pillow and on your stomach mostly the problem.

    Rubbing Vicks is a short term fix and another fix you can do is apply minoxidil spray on the right temple area and on the frontal almost four to five fingers above the temple.

    Also, you can try vit D 200000 IUs every week and magnesium glycenate everyday.

    This should help mitigate numbness and restore perfusion
