What we have to be cautious of is we have to be cautious of over rotating that knee too quickly because again it is connected to the hip. So what can happen is we can start spinning out too much if we move that left knee too fast. So if you’re struggling with some down swing sequencing and really kind of getting the weight over to that lead side and starting the down swing with the lower body, focus a little bit more on what that left knee does in the swing. From the top of the swing, just try kicking that knee out a little bit. Let’s start opening that up and rotating. And what that’s going to do is that’s going to move the pressure into your lead foot. It’s going to start opening up your lead hip. And your down swing sequencing should improve because of your focus on the left knee as opposed to now focusing on either the foot or the hip or that whole left leg or pushing from the right
