Joe Pro tried to take down my channel last year, but I’m still bagging their shows buzz. Every new player is told disc golf is a cheap sport, especially compared to ball golf. But how cheap does it stay once you’re hooked? My bag has grown a lot over the 5 years I’ve played disc golf. More discs, new bags, and more accessories. But I’ve never added it all up until today. I went over everything in my bag, put it all in a spreadsheet, and the result really surprised me. I’m currently bagging 31 discs, 11 putters, nine mid-ranges, and 11 drivers. Some discs are very cheap, and some discs are a bit more expensive, and I have duplicates, but all in all, I got 31 in the bag. For my putters, I have four Notions, an Intercore, a Deputy, an Envy, a Watt, a Zone, a Sonic, and a Reco X. For my mid-ranges, I have an Origin, a Buzz SS, a Loop, two Rock 3es, a Compass, a Rolo, a Hex, and a Buzz. Joe Pro tried to take down my channel last year, but I’m still bagging their shows buzz because it’s a nice disc. For my drivers, I got a DV3, a Tilt, an M4.0, a Saint, a Terra, a Thunderbird, a Destroyer, two Wraiths, an ID dog, and a Malibu. The average disc price is just over $20. The cheapest one cost $11.99 and the most expensive one is about $35. Some prices were hard to find, like this Tilt for example, because it’s been out of production for a while. But for this, I used Discport to check what they sold it for when they had it in stock, and I just based my price off of that. Speaking of Discortport, if you want 15% off your first order, check them out in the description below and use the discount code on the screen right now. They have so many discs. So, if you’re looking for new disc golf discs, Disc Sport is the place to go. Let’s move on to the most expensive part of this bag, which is the bag itself. I have a Squatch Legend 3.0, which is an amazing bag, and shout out to Squash for hooking me up. The bag cost $259, so it’s kind of on the pricey side, but it’s worth every penny. I also have some accessories in my bag, which I always carry with me. I got a couple of minis. A towel is a must. I also bring a notepad and a marker. And don’t forget the water bottle. Lastly, my most priceless item on this whole bag is my mascot. I made him myself just to keep my head up if I’m having a bad round, and it kind of works. So, how much does all of this cost in total? Before I started making this video, I had no clue how much this would cost. So, I was kind of surprised to see that the total value of everything in my bag is $925.32. Now, that’s a lot of money, but it’s 5 years worth of disc golf. And to be able to have so much fun, play so many rounds, and even get some aces for less than a,000 bucks over 5 years, that is totally worth it in my eyes. So, compared to other sports like ball golf, I would still say that disc golf is a cheap sport. What do you think?
