The Phantom Black 9.2R. R standing for round. This is taking a great product and just softening the edges, softening everything so it looks like it melts into the ground. You know, half the tour likes round putters and half the tour likes square putters. And it all depends on what they align best. So the 9.2, the nine is the head, the 2 is the neck. It’s a plumbing neck. It’s slightly shorter, slightly more heelward to give this look and setup of a more traditional blade putter. 9.2R has a a short top line on it. Players use that for easy ball placement. They just want a short line that accentuates the top line. The Phantom Black 9.2R also comes with our chain link milling texture right into the face of the putter. That’s going to help reduce the amount of surface that the golf ball sees at impact, creating a softer sound and feel, which is going to really help golfers control their distance. With this mallet, we have waiting in the back and stainless with a sole plate underneath. We’re able to engineer this for the peak performance with materials, finish, design, and look.
