Ok a little advice here. I used to be a road worker for 3 years straight and a jack hammer is not going to get though that fast enough. A saw is indeed necessary. And also you might want to wear a mask next time because anything in the road or cement is also cancerous if you inhale any of it. And also be careful with a random pieces of a concrete on the ground because it might indicate that there is an electrical wiring below it.
That concrete was probably covering something important.
