Decline sit-ups target all of the abs because at the top of the movement you crunch in half and utilize the lower abs, while at the bottom of the movement you use your top abs

I have abs. I don’t even work them out ever, but I work through everything else chest back, arms, shoulders legs can someone tell me how there is possible maybe because my body fat percentage
The rectus abdominis works as a unit. You cant target the upper or lower. You need an anatomy and physiology lesson. So much for that degree.
