  2. Leg raises actually work quads and hip getting your butt off the pad during leg raises activate lower abs knee raises with butt off pads same premise

  3. I have abs. I don’t even work them out ever, but I work through everything else chest back, arms, shoulders legs can someone tell me how there is possible maybe because my body fat percentage

  4. The rectus abdominis works as a unit. You cant target the upper or lower. You need an anatomy and physiology lesson. So much for that degree.
