okay so a few few little things that I’m working on here with my new Sensors Edge V1 pressure map I tend to stay a little bit too much in my toes as I get down to impact Not using the ground not pushing up off the ground fast enough staying in my toes that gets me a little flippy gets the path continuing to go out to the right turn the face over that that certainly contributes to you to me turning the ball over too much to the left So you know a few key points here to to think about You know by halfway back you want to have loaded up max loaded into the back foot So you can see the pressure move into the back foot the most there By halfway back before the club gets to the top you’re going to see the pressure start to move back into the front foot So you can see the pressure start to move back forward there Just start just start the mo just start the motion right just start settling back into the front foot as the club’s finishing the back swing And then we want to max out under the front foot We want to push down as hard as we can by about left arm parallel with the ground So I don’t quite get there fast enough You know maybe because I got a short back swing but certainly about there is when I’m maxing out in in my front foot but notice how the pressure is also moving out towards my pressure is moving out towards my toes of the front foot there of the lead foot And then by impact if the leg’s straightening and using the ground properly you’re pushing back up off the ground the pressure should start to move back into the heel And you can see my toes start to come off the ground the pressure start moving back down into my heel And I’m actually really happy with that move there So in my rehearsal swings you know that’s kind of what I’m what I’m working on I’m working on pushing hard into my front foot before the club gets to the top of the swing push out towards the toes get get my squat early and then kind of really work on getting the pressure moving back into my heel And of course you can only do that when the leg straightens up Right so it’s kind of like a one two action coming down It’s like a one push out into the toes to get back in the heel And you definitely want to be somewhat back in the heel before the club actually gets down and hits the ball So if you get down to impact sort of down here uh yeah there you go And you can actually see that I’m 60% in my you know 86% in my front foot which is great with the pressure Um but the the bias from toes to heel 60% in the heel So really happy with that That’s a nice sort of framework that you could uh that you could kind of copy and emulate I’m sure

  1. This is exactly what I have been working on James!
Albeit I don't have the pressure mat.
I only have radar feedback with face impact. I too get on my toes, low heel strikes with a right path, bit flippy.
    Love the video btw!
