Built in 1933, the Tudor-style home was described in its listing as a \u201crare offering.\u201d It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, with a traditional design that gives the property a distinctive character.<\/p>\n

For Sweeney, the purchase was about more than owning an expensive property. In an interview with the Associated Press, which named her its 2021 Breakthrough Entertainer of the Year, she spoke about what being able to afford a home meant to her.
\u201cI always thought that when I turned 18, I\u2019d have all this money and I\u2019d buy back my parents\u2019 house and put them all back together again. And I never was able to, and I never did,\u201d she said.\u201cSo now being able to be in a house is such an incredible, humbling, amazing accomplishment that I still can\u2019t believe I was able to pull off.\u201d<\/p>\n

As her career took off, she also started looking beyond acting. During the pandemic, she launched her production company, Fifty-Fifty Films, after spending time reading books and looking into their film rights.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had the time during COVID, and \u2026 I was reading all these books. I was like, \u2019Well, does anyone have the rights to them?\u2019\u201d Sweeney said.<\/p>\n

Her success has also given her the chance to share new experiences with relatives. She took her grandmother to Paris, where she sat in the front row at a Balmain fashion show. She also brought her cousins to Italy\u2019s Amalfi Coast.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe grew up bumming on the lake and not taking showers and no TV and no internet,\u201d she said. \u201cA lot of my family, we did not come from much of anything, and being able to give them a little slice of this world, that\u2019s what means the most to me\u2026 Those are the biggest pinch-me moments.\u201d<\/p>\n
