Day 3 – An attempt to improve side bend and contact. In forcing side bend, I ended up lunging forwards. More to work on! Not bad contact but still running out of right arm.

Day 2 – Attempted an increase in side bend. Really felt like I had increased side bend significantly but the video would suggest otherwise. Still lacking shaft lean and I’m running out of right arm. Need to get right shoulder…
