I is there such a thing as like a type B+ golfer like anal in the sense that like I have my wedge matrix and I try to hit shots but when I think when I’m playing my best golf like if I hit it over or I just miss that wedge I can kind of like let that go you know i don’t hold on to it i think when I’m playing my best golf I’m like somewhere in between a type A and a type B
i think the key to good golf is being able to just let go of shots yeah so I think that is also you could be a type A and still do that because like that is quintessential in golf is next shot

no I got cooked i used to catty professionally so I catty for my buddy down in the PJ tour Latin America and I like I was like 22 and I didn’t wear sunscreen one time worst sunburn you’ve ever seen in your life like
it’s kind of gross but it was like bubbling and like healed it was like brutal and so ever since then I was like all right dude like I am just going to protect my skin cuz I think I did like irreparable damage that day

just one year so my uh I speak Spanish spanish is my first language um and so my one of my good buddies from high school turned professional and then got status on the PGA tour in Latin America mhm and so he’s like “Hey will you come caddyy for me and just essentially handle all of the logistics like help me book travel help me check into hotels help me get taxis cuz they’re all every I mean all those countries are going to speak Spanish.” And he’s like “I don’t want to have to stress about getting a rental car and all that stuff i just want to focus on playing golf.” I was like “Dude yeah are you kidding me i just graduated college also so I just get to travel around South and Latin America for a year and like carry a bag.”

You probably get new irons or new wedges every 3 months

so how often do you switch out your wedges like every two years like 18 months is probably like a good cadence
that makes me feel better because I haven’t gotten new wedges probably a little over two years and everyone gives me a hard time about it
i feel like at two years is when you start to notice so I try to be a little proactive about it it’s fine i think you should keep using those wedges for as long as you want
