More than £28,000 was raised at a charity golf day to support young carers.
The annual MYTIME Young Carers Corporate Golf Day took place at Remedy Oak Golf Club, in Wimborne Minster, on Tuesday, June 17.
The event, hosted in partnership with The Unique Group, saw 84 guests across 21 teams compete to raise funds for young carers in Dorset and the Isle of Wight.
The total of £28,500 is the highest amount raised at the annual golf day to date.

The event was concluded by an evening speech from MYTIME Young Carers CEO, Krista Cartlidge, before a celebratory dinner.
The winning team was Enterprise Mobility (formerly Enterprise Rent-A-Car).
The funds raised will help support MYTIME’s programmes that provide young carers with a break from the responsibilities of caring for a parent or family member.
Krista Cartlidge, CEO of MYTIME Young Carers, said: “We were absolutely delighted to host another hugely successful golf day at Remedy Oak in proud partnership with Unique Group.

The event was supported by a number of sponsors, including Frettens Solicitors, Midas Prosecco, Porsche Centre Bournemouth, Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa, The Shirt Framing Service and Harbour Hotels Group.
Tim Sills, corporate partnership executive at MYTIME, said: “Our third annual golf day, in partnership with the wonderful Unique Group, was without doubt our biggest and best yet.
“The generosity of those attending meant we raised a record amount for the third consecutive year.
“These funds will support multiple Making Memories days, giving young carers the same opportunities as their peers – opportunities they so richly deserve.”
Next year’s MYTIME Young Carers Corporate Golf Day is set to take place on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
