shannon out of 68 you’re going to head into the funnel today with a healthy lead how do you reflect on your day
um I would say today to be fair I did make some parts out there today which does help but at the same time I’ve had two three parts out there i mean to be fair I did miss it in the wrong spots out there on 17 especially but I think overall it was rather boring golf i mean I missed like a few fairways but then I missed it in the right spots like for example 16 missing it left is always good cuz you got got a good angle in so yeah I mean I’ll just stick the game plan tomorrow and yeah
I don’t want to disagree with you but I’m going to disagree with you cuz it wasn’t boring golf i’m just I mean how many birdies was it three on the front nine four on the back n couple of bogeies thrown in there that’s not boring golf that’s entertaining golf and that is great golf on moving day to pull you away from the field
yeah true i mean some bodies out there are just stiffed so that definitely does help um I think yeah my wedge game has gotten a lot better like after changing my shafts got steel shafts now so I can feel the head a bit more um which I think has helped and then get a bit more spin out of my wedges as well so that definitely does help as well
and it wasn’t so easy out there i mean it started off with a beautiful summer’s day and then this clouds come in the wind got up so it wasn’t necessarily a day you think you could go out there and shoot five under but it it didn’t seem to bother you
um yeah i mean we got I thought it was going to rain on like whole six cuz like the dark clouds were coming in but then quite lucky that the weather’s been good today got a bit windy but it’s still all right
and how are you approaching tomorrow obviously you you seem pretty cool and controlled out there you’ll find this golf course clearly suits your game to a point i didn’t think so ahead of this week but it does seem to be suiting you looking ahead to tomorrow I guess same again
um yeah i mean just same game plan like just try and put yourself in the right position stick to fairways and greens of course and just hope some parts drop and Yeah
and lay up on those par fives
oh definitely yeah i mean just lay up to a good number and have a good angle in and and you’re sorted so yeah
