What does it look like when one of the greatest living football players runs into one of the greatest living basketball players out in public?
We found out recently when New York Giants legendary linebacker Lawrence Taylor ran into the GOAT of the NBA, Michael Jordan, on the golf course.
The two North Carolina icons have long been friends, so the goading between the two came naturally. Jordan kidded Taylor about his attire, suggesting that L.T. was the master of the art of relaxation.
Jordan is likely one of the few people on Earth who can get away with such a diss on the great L.T. and walk away. Of course, it was all in fun.
Tar Heel fans were spoiled back then. As Taylor was leaving for the NFL in 1981, Jordan was just coming in the door at Chapel Hill to begin to forge his legend.
