I was at the travelers this Saturday and on home 15 xander’s tee shot hit a women in the leg. He went over and signed the glove “sorry” then he pulls out an 100$ bill from his bag and gives it to her and says dinner is on him. Class Act. Hit a great chip after that as well.

Never heard of the Benjamin for their troubles but I’m here for it

I was there on Friday and bud cauley hit a women. She then demanded a glove from him. It’s definitely nice of a player to do something like that but I think it’s crazy to expect that when you’re standing right next to the fairway. But props to Xander he seems like a nice guy for giving her some cash.

damn, I don’t know about a driver, but I would take a short iron to the thigh for dinner at the cheesecake factory.

Xander just solicited a woman right in front of you, in broad daylight

Good on Xander. For the stories of ppl demanding shit for getting hit. You’re at a golf tournament. Golf balls tend to go places. It’s like getting hit by a foul ball and getting pissed about it. You’re at a baseball game.

My son and I were at the BMW Championship last summer when Xander tossed a ball to my son coming off 6 green. He instantly made 2 fans for life.

Surprised he didn’t hit her with a club and cave her in

If I get hit I want a full new set of clubs from the golfers sponsor. 100$ is a penny to these guys.

I wonder if it’s an unwritten rule amongst PGA players. It seems they all do something like that when they hit someone. Sign something, give it to the fan, and give them cash.
