Can I Beat the Dude Perfect Mini Golf Course Record?

i’m here at DPHQ3 with only 2 hours until my flight takes off and one question can I beat the course record i guess we better get going the current course record is a three-way tie at 12 under par i intend to have my name right at the top there the the top the course is in absolutely immaculate shape today and the weather conditions seem perfect going with the Jailbird putter that’s what I use back home and this orange ball so you can see my shot that’ll work hole number one is a short par two protected by two fairway bunkers and bunkers behind the green this one’s a little left to right breaker hit it hit it one for one baby one for one first hole in one of many hole number two is an island green with trouble on every side it’s not hard to see why this is a par three this one’s a par three i’m not really sure why guess we’ll find out oh got a hard turn hard turn [Music] okay we parred there so that’s probably not course record on the first try but we’re just trying to get a lay of the land right now oh number three is a sharp dog leg right this long par two separates the mega golfers from the mere mini golfers left to right breaker here through the bunker get up there oh left it a bit short let’s keep moving hole number four is the longest hole on the course and a par three it takes a cracker of a shot to get all the way there you do not want to be left on this hole the water is trouble although it’s fake now this one is a par three makes sense where’s Where’s the hole even i can see it i’m tall little double breaker break that way break back break back it did not break back hammered that that’s a bird that’s a bird hole five is a par two and the most picturesque on the course your ball will cross a bridge before gliding downhill like a greased water buffalo just hit and hope go straight go straight oh that’s not good the wheels are coming off give it some pace to get it there oh that was a par two did I say hole four was the longest on the course i was way off hall six is definitely much longer and protected by a creek or a creek as we call it in Iowa another part three another birdie chance or eagle even par after six there’s uh six holes you got to play it twice and that’s where you get the 12 holes from so let’s head back around and hope I do better than that first round started off so good too with a hole in one [Music] don’t like that [Music] okay here’s what we’re going to do we’re going to start over i don’t have much time to waste so if I’m not playing an absolutely perfect round we just got to we just got to wrap things up and start over round two here we go come on let’s go this is the round don’t just stay over here what are you doing this one got me last time sharp right turn i will not forget [Music] okay it didn’t turn that time it’s a better outcome than the first round two under after two holes this feels like a mustmake situation right here not a mustache situation that’s not to be confused with that more pace ah try to give it more pace cuz I left it short last time got to get this too probably can’t even see the ball from there now starting over i don’t know if they’ll count it because of how many times I’m just restarting but I don’t even care i don’t even care if that’s how golf works or not it’s like restarting a video game level over and over and over again [Music] turn turn in there come on still 200 this hole keeps getting me there’s got to be a trick to this let’s figure it out oh so going going down through the bunker actually is pretty good okay I’ll take that i’ll take that not going to beat the record but I’m doing better going to have to go way up I think not that high up fortunately that’s not real water play her as she lies get in [Music] it’s a par three two under through four not bad not bad i was right last time on this let’s push it left oh it’s got to go what what was that like a little ridge here just shot the ball that way this is pretty fun though back to one under not good not the worst i really thought the power of the stash was going to carry me through it’s crazy crazy that it hasn’t so far [Music] break back in there sit sit this hole man this hole start over man if I get a really good round going I am very concerned about hole number six right now it’s about 3:00 i have an hour left wish me luck i haven’t even finished a whole round yet hole number one i got down i got this one down let’s get some of the other ones down now you know what I’m going to do i’m going to stay right here until I figure out how to get a hole in one why have I not done that from the beginning i don’t know there it is there it is that’s the line that’s the line it’s not bad but we’re going to stay here till we get a hole in one just like the last one wonder how many rounds the dudes have played of this [Music] softer than that probably [Music] that’ll work that it is a little bit softer sorry I’m being weird we got that one figured out all right long par three can we figure this one out too get a hole in one and we’ll get a whole round in too hard it’s a long putt but not that long okay this slope here man it’s like a It’s like a molehill mountain there it is there it is boom we just have to hit like the middle of the hill the middle of the slope just perfectly no big deal i can do that twice in one round figured out four let’s get five there it is that’s it hit this corner right here it’ll loop you right in just looped looped right right in the hole right in the thing in the bottom let’s just figure out number six this hole is going to be in my nightmares got to figure out where to aim pushes it that way pushes it this way sends it into the bunker so that’s not the line we figured that out [Music] maybe you do have to go left left to go right you have to go left to go right [Music] it’s a rim rocker i mean a a rim roller coin that’s my phrase hole in one on every single hole i just got to do that like you know on every hole consecutively two times in a row and then I’ve got the course record yeah and I have like half an hour did not forget how to do that hole we got number one trying to do it all in one consecutive shot so I can prove that I that I did it all without any cuts get there get there [Music] that’s not bad go go go go had the line but I got scared ah didn’t get it high enough i don’t think get up there man really wimping out this round [Music] oh no that was too hard that was too hard pull back walk away with two [Music] ah come on oh I will take that i will take that four under tied with Tom Brady after just six holes it’s a long walk back to the first TE i tell you what I could have I could have added golf carts or something you know oh I didn’t hit that hard enough go [Music] goodness turn not that much and we are six under i could I could pass Cody Jones hm i could be the best tall man to ever play mini golf at DPHQ that could be something cool hit that too hard hit that way too hard hey hey look over there i’m counting it i don’t care got to get a couple hole in ones here need about need three hole in ones really [Music] nope maybe just didn’t hit it come on that’s seven i still have a chance to tie the tall man go go not that way back to six i can still beat Tom Brady i’m still better than the goat too much i went right over that ridge six under well hey that’s my first complete round and I already got Tom Brady beat so feeling pretty good about that but six under is only half as good as the top score on that leaderboard i got to pick it up every time that’s how every good round should start with a hole in one came from Tiger Woods I think [Music] can’t find the right ridge on this one for some reason [Applause] that ain’t it you never know what might happen if you just keep going that’s kind of how trick shots work actually go not over there i know what’s going to happen i quit all right the Uber is called this is my last legitimate shot can I be the best tall man to ever play this course or can I set the course record come on come on come on oh don’t go no don’t go over there all right two under after two i still haven’t gotten two hole in ones back to back on one and two probably not a good track record too hard just slightly [Music] that’s where Bryson was after three holes [Music] did I hit that hard enough too hard actually [Music] really really my last round and I got to keep going that looks good that looks real good come on doing business [Music] i over put it this one’s got to go [Music] and it has and it has four under after six feel pretty good about that and I don’t want to make my Uber driver wait too long got to finish this round though almost tripped and that is where my phone died i had to go plug it in real quick so I could give the code to the Uber driver obviously I did not set the course record i greatly underestimated how difficult that was going to be but to be fair I was only there for 2 hours the dudes are there every day they can golf there whenever they want but what I will say is you better hit that subscribe button because I will not stop until my name is at the top of that leaderboard or
