Hell yeah I’m going for it, just run a nice low shot between those trees right at the flag. At least that’s how it looks in my head, in reality I’m totally squaring up one of those trees

Had the exact same shot yesterday. I usually will hit the gap. The hardest part is knowing how far my punch shot will actually roll out.

I swing tempo is controlled by this:
“fuck it” on the upswing
“we” on the downswing
“ball” right as I supposedly hit the ball

it’s why i have a 3i in my bag. punch shot hitting the ball low and straight. i do it a lot–it’s not always successful. but i practice this and even if i don’t think i can make it i’ll pitch out.
