While this how-to is centered around barspins on a BMX bike, the process is exactly the same for Dirt Jumpers (DJ) bikes as well. We’re back and so are the how-to videos!
Barspins are one of my all-time favorite tricks and these are the exact steps I took to learn but everyone is different. If you have any additional barspin tips, leave them in the comments. – Mike

Spin to win doesn’t refer to bar spins. It’s 3, 5 7 ect.
Thank you for really explaining the knee pinch. I really did believe you had to pinch the seat but the way the knee pinch is more of a technique to keep the seat upright is the main thing I’ve been missing.
Rad video!
I broke the same finger on two different occasions trying to learn this trick… Other people have had the same happen to them. Thanks, but not worth it.
Another tip for step 1: While you are pulling up your wheel, spin it. It will make it more difficult to do the barspin but will help you practice what it feels like to do a barspin in the air.
Still watching this kind of tutorials even though I already do barspins. It gives me a feeling of nostalgia and thus making me get my bike and start playing!
Just learned the pull up barspin and can get it after a few tries now. Landed the 180 once but still need practice
