I’m going through support now, it’s good for a while then every couple shots is a no read, or like 3 in a row, then it goes back to being ok for a while. the support guy said it may be that the whole thing is elevated as they recommend it being on the ground. Any suggestions? I dont have any remotely flat area to make it work so if that’s the case I’ll probably need to return it.

Don’t have a definitive answer but there might be too big of a color contrast from the board to the mat. Let me know if you figure it out. I was looking at this one and the uneekor mini lite.

    That sucks.

If you’re working with support they probably already walked through the alignment adjustments. I don’t see what your connected to, but when I use it outside, I connect to an iPad or phone, I use a earbud, and I hear it report “Ready”, does the Mevo+ report ready and it just misses the swing?

My only guesses are a defective unit or some kind of interference from the fence behind the net. If you carry the Mevo+ to a range and set it up does it work there? Maybe do a 180 and set your net up on the other side, hitting away from the fence?

Is it possible to try setting up in a spot without all the metal in proximity? It might interfere with the radar.

  4. My tip is to return the Mevo+ and get a camera-based unit.

Something has to be in the elevation. I had a Mevo + for 4 years and didn’t have any consistent issues. Sure, a miss here and there. Always seemed like when I pured one too 😀

I did have a stand I put it on that I could level it out with 3 lag bolts. You could probably do something similar. I know that it was a little tricky when I didn’t have a flat spot.
