Major club face control issues at the top as well. That’s why your misses are unpredictable.
Also your chipping and pitching technique needs work.

What app is that you’re using to track the ball flight?

Wayy to shallow in the driver swing. You go inside, then drop more inside for the DS, hence the low hook. Get those hands more vertical in the backswing

Pull the pin when you putt

swing is likely fine for your handicap. Your chipping looks like it could be quite volatile (good or bad) and your lag putting cost you a couple of times

I’m gonna go a different route to others. High school Coach here – first thing is you need to play more: I’d push you in a few areas:
1. You’re trying to make putts too often, most putts outside 10ft at your level are not going in, get them close. 2. You’re getting a short club in your hands too much around the greens. There’s a LOT of slightly missed greens in your 9 and I’d want to see you chipping less and bumping and running it more. 3. Plan backwards from the pin. You’re leaving yourself some poor angles in and you KNOW you’re hitting a snappy hook as a miss. Plan accordingly.

Take it from someone who should have fixed their grip at your age- fix you grip! It sucks, and will change everything, but long term your grip needs to be more in the fingers IMO.

Your putting stroke is super solid. Slight arc, great balance.
Your full swings are way too laid off
