this isn’t a vacation it’s Bellacina where resort living meets everyday life i’m talking a championship golf course a private spa fine dining and absolutely breathtaking views across all of the rolling hills and Lake Sienna today we’re going to be touring six mansions by six different builders and be sure to stay tuned for the next video I release after this one as I was personally invited going to be taking you behind the gates of one of Central Florida’s most exclusive communities trust me you’re going to love what I’m about to show you i’m excited i I always love coming here literally for this and here we go tour stop number one let’s make a U-turn and park all right here goes the list first up is Toll Brothers this is the Montek model on Lake Sienna backed up to the lake this is not a joke thing guys i’m going to just give you the info now so you guys know this is one of the more popular ones i’ve been here countless amount of times six bedrooms 7 baths and a half 7,586 ft heated and we’re on a little bit over of an acre lot i also want to point out the front elevation of this house look at the columns and how tall this house stands fully pavered they converted the garage right here into the sales office but that would normally be the garage side load i love it here we go montek there we go again this is not going to be a regular home tour i am literally just going to vlog this entire thing this is giving me straight California vibes take a look at this this is definitely a luxury home if you couldn’t tell nice dining table there again I’m pretty sure these models are for sale as well high high ceilings nice nice design here i love it this is This is different this is different there’s no doubt about it this is different outdoor area here this be a long long video but take a look at this beautiful also I know we’re at tour number one but make sure you comment down below which out of the seven homes was your favorite beautiful gourmet package here we have a real vent hood that actually takes the smells and smoke outside of the house and especially the fact that we got gas grill nice living room here this is absolutely beautiful we’re going to go over there last but I want to just get this first floor done looks like we got a bathroom over there nice little room wa wine seller see just doesn’t stop have a nice little office here can use this whatever you want half bath there bedroom here got our first one down here full bath connected of course i wouldn’t expect anything less laundry is right here and it’s not just a regular basic laundry setup we have a whole you know you let me know if this is enough for you to do all your laundry take care of everything and do it in style you know do it comfortably yeah but these homes you know they’re all designed very very well let’s head upstairs and then we’ll make our way outside i know you guys want to see that pool Lake Sienna show you everything see we got the Coffford ceilings going on dual lux primary suites as well don’t forget there’s two master suite here main bedrooms full baths obviously chef’s kitchen that infinity pool out there just knocks it out of the park and yeah we got a loft up here this would probably be my little sister’s room i’d let her stay here beautiful views and again you’re getting the complete package with everything tiled all the way up to the ceiling you’re getting quartz everywhere absolutely everywhere another laundry station up here just take a look though this is crazy don’t tell me this is not crazy this is actually going to be the main suite i love that it has a deck again at this price point this is to be expected or not freestanding tub decent closet decent closet there’s enough rooms here though you know you can make it work let’s take a look at this balcony this is one of my favorite things to be grim i would spend all my days here all my months all of my years i really wouldn’t be anywhere else other than here again infinity pool super nice touch and we have another one over there see that could actually be converted as like a guest house type of thing that’s what I like about it and then again look at the architecture roof everything is absolutely beautiful and there goes Lake Sienna and if you can see over there that’s where the condominiums are and again I sold one of those condominiums so if you’re interested in those they’re available i’m pretty sure they’re going for like $5 to $600,000 but they’re all like threebedroom three baths nice um if you’re interested in that again drop a DM just uh comment actually Sienna S I E N A and if you comment that on the video I’ll just send you an entire packet of what they have available every single listing so if you’re interested in condos I can provide that as well and now let’s make our way down this catwalk i absolutely love that the railings are open you can see the first floor and at the end of this catwalk we have a loft large enough for your entire family to hang out special kind of thing here we have the movie room there this is reminding me of the Apple store i’m not going to lie to you and here we are game room movie room see it’s elevated here what more could you ask for i don’t know i I wouldn’t ask for much else you know but again it’s preference i’m gonna show you a lot of houses so I’m gonna try not to get too excited try to keep it straight show you everything i want to say this is gonna probably be Jack and Jill nope just a long hallway right the bedroom tall ceilings every room shout out to Mont Verde Academy again that is also one of the big reasons why individuals would even be looking to move in this area if you have kids maybe they’re attending or possibly thinking of attending MV Academy we’re close and if this is going to be in your budget price range you know you really can’t beat it all right so I’m going to just cut when we get outside okay now before we go outside I want to show you the other primary suite here we have a seating area here how are you guys no no totally okay totally okay i’m just going with the flow here all right this is going to be I’d say this is your actual primary primary down here for the floor we have porcelain tile throughout this entire bathroom we have a huge shower freestanding tub now let’s make our way back to the actual main bedroom so you guys can see here double closets one to the right one to the left right his and hers but these are huge so no losing any closet you get and here we go again beautiful look at the ceilings up here the accent walls and then of course they gave you access to outside so right above this is that balcony right and then right below it is the other luxury suite and now the moment you’ve all been waiting for this wonderful backyard we have two pools here we have a seating area with a lai right there we have another lai here with a whole private gym to the right this is more than enough space to entertain outside we have a whole full kitchen setup pretty much outside countertop as you can see windows allowing for natural light to flood everywhere there goes that gym I was talking about nice bathroom is in there as well we have a secondary bath for the pool pool room this is this is a must let me let me go in here this is a must this is absolute must you got the pool bathroom in the gym but yeah that pretty much finishes this initial one now we’re going to move on to home number two you let me know what you guys think of this one rate it 1 out of 10 for me actually then at the end of not sure how you pronounce it this model is the Savannah savannah savannah for all my sun seekers out there planning on relocating to Florida i am showing you the most beautiful homes that I possibly can today available in Bellacina side low garage of course we’re looking at four bedrooms 4 1/2 baths right 3,984 ft so it’s not the biggest but again this is still a reasonably sized home really really nice on an acre lot very modern and this is actually my first time entering this model as well so and learn together whoa got some castle doors going on here how are you guys right there here we go let’s take a look got a single story beauty here to the left is going to be the kitchen to the right I would assume is living space so let’s start with the kitchen area here soon as we come in of course gourmet this floor plan looks like they went for more of a modern style for everything and I like it i do do like it i really do like it see if I open this not sure what appliances fisher and pickle very very nice but I’m going to show you the rest again first time for me even in here so this is new for me and I’m bringing it live in full effect for you guys laundry room again this is a lot more of a you know minimal home again it’s still very very nice design-wise it’s beautiful but again it’s still very minimal in a sense okay kitchen got the master bedroom here it’s the right i really like this this feels like kind of a maze i’m not going to lie to you so let’s see have a bedroom here closet full bath yep where does this go okay storage space full bath here full closet if I and the living area here is wide open come in here okay we have our office got a lot of papers interesting oh what is this our custom homes they got a on demand design center here let’s go check out the rest we have a whole outdoor area again this is an acre so one of the biggest things that I saw here is that outdoor area main bedrooms are always going to be fantastic okay I like this i like this this is just a big room everything is nicely packed to the corners and this is literally wide open it’s like a ballroom you can dance in here you know you get some salsa going on you get the music be good you know all right let’s keep going go boom primary suite this is really nice this is like some Tony Stark really really modern i love the wood panels here the low bed frame this is nice let’s go check out the outside and here we are for your private oasis i like how this is set up as well again it’s not as grand but still more than comfortable thought that was a screen nice sitting area see it looks like these come down fully i’m sure there’s a remote or something that you can kind of bring this down fireplace here really really nice and again that was that uh kind of primary that private kind of suite sitting area in there here we go in ground pool this is what an acre of land looks like you got your nice little pool here it’s not bad at all i’m pretty much done with this one this is the villa against Savannah model i’m going to move on to model number three comment down below 1 through 10 what you rate this one obviously the other one doesn’t really compare but don’t number three long long driveway probably fit 50 cars here 50 Porsches if you have keep a whole lot here do it again four bedrooms four full baths two half baths this is J Drews Construction Company 4,044 square ft 1.27 acres bellacina has multiple builders so if you want to go main street you want to go P anything like that you can do it we have Subzero appliances this one’s going to be nice all right here we go how are you office upon the entry very very tall ceiling very very tall nice doors again the dimensions for all the bedrooms i’m going to try to find them and I’ll make sure I pop it up on the screen here very very nice ceilings here they did a good job they added some pizzazz to this bathroom the upgraded toilet seat there as well right now from this gathering area we’re going to make our way to the primary bedroom triple sliding doors there we have two options left or right right or left we’re going to go left that’s where the main bedroom is take a look at this pretty sure this is engineered hardwood as well super super nice with the access to the pool which is good pretty sure you can add shading there as well down this hallway to the left we’re going to have two closets we got one big one right here take a look the second one I would definitely add a island right there in the middle dead smack here comes the entrance to the main bathroom okay again similar setup freestanding tub more than enough space you have your water closet there i like this a whole lot especially the shower take a look at this what do you guys think and she pointed out something really nice they did tile on top of the windows i like that yeah you like you got you got a eye you got a eye i like that nice expensive touch yeah and it and it kind of brings everything together though especially with the shower cool cool cool all right go very nice flooring again I’m going to call out all of the materials as well so as I’m recording I’m going to try to just call out everything that they used here who do you think this is it’s t no that’s wood i think it’s wood i want to say it’s wood i don’t think it’s tile that’s probably engineered hardwood this is a voice over i have confirmed it is 100% engineered hardwood throughout the house i’m going to take some orange juice soon too i’m thirsty and what is this i don’t even know what this is sun room what’s this supposed to be this technically is the sun room cuz you can kind of close that off again all of these drapes and things go down so I’m not sure what exactly this room is but it could be a bedroom game room first floor loft or something like that yeah wo nice hallway action going on to the left and the back to the right two bedrooms really nice size see these are decent size i’ll tell you these are decent just from the eye these are very decent sized um and by decent I mean a little bit smaller again this price point is going to be upwards of a million dollars so you know expectationwise I would like more space in the bedrooms but again these are configurations that can be made custom home full bath in all of these so if you have kids that works well and besides that there really isn’t too too much else going on again this is a nice floor plan laundry is here but this is a little bit more subdued right a little bit more relaxed and I do feel like there is going to be one feature here that is going to be great that I am going to like that’s going to set this home apart from others besides the fact that every bedroom literally has its own bathroom and that’s going to be through this door right here boom so when I think of a garage I I have something like this in mind car in the back i would put some AC system in here and this would be my office three cars you let me know what you think i think you could fit more than three cars one there make it work you know you could and then this is going to bring you outside i’ll open it real quick just so you can see but yeah this brings us to the side of the home actually I’m going to head outside now i’ll show you the backyard see what’s going on over here again I don’t know if you heard it there but it’s true if you have a lot yourself as well you can reach out to these builders i can connect you rather and if you’ve been looking to build a custom home in the central Florida area maybe even a little bit further out I know that these places these builders will honor the build obviously you know depends on location distance everything like that but this is not just me showing you a house and saying “Hey you have to buy it here.” No I’m showing you the possibilities of all the homes you could buy on your own lot different location wherever you want to be so that’s really why I felt like it would be very valuable to make this video help you guys out and again I’m going to pop a phone number here email reach out if you have any further questions and this is nice cuz it opens up all the way kitchen there i think we’re done here on to number four so 2 + 2 four all right we are here model home number four this is Logan’s Construction Company a four bedrooms four bath two half baths 5,289 ft² 1.3 acres really really nice this is the Norwood model single story past few homes have been single story um I’m pretty sure the next one is twotory which is going to be very nice or no not the next one the one after this is twotory fourcar garage either side this is a nice walk up how are you guys this is a really nice walk up i like this stonework all throughout brick pavers again courtyard one two three four five six seven cars eight cars 10 cars you can fit a lot of cars here this builder is a little bit special i have a feeling they pulled out all the stops when it comes to the interior design of this house and we are right nice and shiny let’s close this door oh there she go i forgot her name but there’s the dog again wow almost cathedral ceilings no grout hardwood whoa i don’t know where to start we’re going to make a right really nice door see ooh this is black granite it looks like i don’t think that’s quartz wow this is This is it look at this guys nice office here tell me you wouldn’t want to be in an office like this master bedroom there whoa what is going on here here’s our full bathroom very beautiful this is crazy what’s going on tiled all the way up and you see I like this you can open it and it stays stuck where you place it doesn’t just swing all the way around freestanding tub of course nothing too crazy there wow and it looks like if you were to block this off you have a whole subsection of the house to yourself you have to walk down the hall to get to your bathroom i’m lying there’s another one and this actually goes What is this sauna closet here but I don’t know i would make that a sauna i’ll make that a sauna room you kidding me so we have a main bedroom there this is still the same bathroom I’m assuming main bathroom rather and here comes the bedroom again cathedral ceiling style this is so nice of course we have access outside what they’re advertising here is high-end appliances premium finishes in every single room which we can see and the outdoor area should be really really nice again this is four bedrooms let me know what you think what do you rate this one guys i like this one a lot better than most of the ones we saw because the separation is just beautiful they’re using different patterned stone waterfall edge Viking appliances fridge this is expensive stuff guys see I got you guys i got you give you all the info kitchen here we go very very nice this is a huge island go this way wow very nice pantry here i like this i call this pantry doesn’t look as done but I’m sure you’re going to have the door there goes to the foyer what’s this over here laundry room i like this see this is just a totally different look directly next to that laundry room is actually this pantry so you know the color scheme and outlay of this house is very nice i like this i’m I’m I’m pleasantly surprised i don’t think I’ve seen anything quite like this in in a little bit see even down to the color to use for the cabinets everything just meshes well in this home see you’re not getting the cheap plastic inserts for your closet you’re getting good stuff good material material is going to last you know what I mean um these are really really good i was also having another idea if you guys are interested depending on how well this video does I can actually come back and make a video breaking down exactly how each one of these seven homes are constructed from the ground to the top i can give you all the information if you want that way again if you’re actually considering on purchasing those are kind of going to be the necessary things that you would want to know so yeah leave a comment if you’d be interested in that let’s get this done we have a nice pavilion here this is ridiculous that is ridiculous i thought we were cool i thought we was cool i thought he’s going to come to you and then he’s going to go home with you there we go media room this is a great size bedroom in my opinion full bath shower there again we got that closet and here comes the game room i saw that online it’s like 200 bucks I think wayfairer this takes you outside wa they got a whole studio going on in here what’s going on i would literally sit down and make some music right now on all this let’s take a look outside guys and we are greeted in unfinished i’m assuming you’re going to be able to walk here another pavilion lai whatever you want to call it this is sweet let’s go outside and they tiled outside as well they smoothed out the flooring here this is a nice feature guys it’s not even a feature this is just like a standard at this point i would walk here barefoot i would be perfectly fine outdoor kitchen vented hood but just look at the This is ridiculous the woodwork the design this is just ridiculous i I couldn’t even imagine having a dinner here with my family it’s crazy of course nice pool here as well i like the style of this one it’s a little bit bigger than uh the other one we saw if you remember I think that was home three had a pretty small pool i really wasn’t feeling that but I wonder what they’re doing here yeah so one out of 10 what do you guys think of this one on to home number six five i mean home number five jumping jumping the gun a little bit this is by Vogal Building Group this is the Bair model i know I said that I was going to keep the pricing for all of these homes till the end but this one is special okay this is listed for $3.89 million but they’re offering a model lease back so that means if you buy this house you can’t move in but the builder is actually going to give you a contract as to where they’re going to give you $10,000 per month all you’re responsible for is paying for your taxes they’re going to pay for the insurance every other fee you could imagine the build is going to take care of for one year should you buy this home you might be ready to buy the house but not ready to move so if you wanted to park money here possibly move later down the line you can buy this right now i went inside i took a sneak preview this one is beautiful as well i have a lot of info for you guys this is five bedrooms five baths threec car garage 4518 square ft we have a lot of nice interior features and I want to start off by just complimenting the wood frame of this door let’s go inside here we go here comes your first look at the foyer of this home we have tile throughout and a lot of natural light in this house as soon as we enter the foyer we have a large tray rectangle ceiling this is really really nice here we have our kitchen living space here super modern design electric fireplace on this side i’m going to show you this actually this flex room and our office is really really nice they really made this wide they made it very very wide they added the bathroom here as well super upgraded tiled all the way up 10ft doors everywhere this brings you to the garage which we’ll get to let’s make our way to the kitchen here i’m gonna show you absolutely everything just want to make sure I respect everybody dining area here we have our kitchen here and another glass door to go through this is definitely a sun room these open all the way up i like this see these are nice touches this is heated you could change the light i don’t really know how it works there you go ah this is cool i would love to have this in my home so just keep in mind this is a lease back they’re offering $10,000 a month for one year and they’re paying everything they’re paying absolutely everything for you guys here we go have our initial bedroom here closet okay I’m not trying to speedrun this at all i want to show you guys and be thorough but I am slightly running out of time and on top of that [Music] um and on top of that I am running out of battery here goes our pantry which is nice good use of space there large room is to the left of course and this is one of my favorite things about this home is that you do have a private bedroom all the way in the back of the house so you don’t have to bother anybody this is technically your on suite right um anybody can stay here they have their own bathroom they have a little kitchenet as well so this guest room is really really nice and of course you have that separate entrance outside so you could even rent this out i wouldn’t do that at this price point honestly but you have your microwave see typically they’ll have this but you’re not going to see any stove or anything like that no burners but could still make do with this this is an entire in-law suite basically right here and here we go we battery died while I was in the garage i was trying to just show you guys this is the actual materials they use so you can pause this screenshot if you like and let’s talk about some more features all of these doors are 8ft solid core doors so I’m going to try to show you demonstrate these are all solid solid this is one big piece that’s really really good $150,000 in tech and features okay we have a full automated system controlling this entire house security cameras the whole nine we have five of these rooms as we make our way to the main bedroom this is going to knock your socks off trust me eight outdoor security cameras and here we go we have our kitchen right here all right here we go main bedroom main bathroom again I like the open square type of things where everything is in this place you have something in the middle here but this is just ridiculous this is craftsmanship the mill work in this home is beautiful completely upgraded absolutely everything like you can’t beat it and wait till I show you the closets here we go here we go island i know this is what you guys wanted to see i know this is exactly what you guys wanted to see and here we go 13 ft tray ceiling main bedroom everything you can ask for and then some okay every single room here has two speakers all five rooms have audio installed as well so you can hook it up to anything as you can see could hear that music even inside we got a little mini golf course we got the pool here and yeah that pretty much wraps it up i mean I’m going to show you the um outdoor kitchen just so you guys can see out of all the homes I would say they spent the most money on features systems finishes and it’s not a huge huge home but you know this is a little bit more up to date it’s a little bit more up to speed all of these go down you can raise them and of course this opens with ease so let me know one out of 10 what do you think of this one there was people here before so I’ll just show you all of the cabinets look at that look at that just push it up literally tap it barely any force goes right up so if these are the kind of features you’re looking for here it is full stove you know one out of 10 what do you guys think we’re going to move on to home number six now I actually lied to you guys i thought there were seven homes here there was actually only six and this is going to be the last one this is the Villa Homes again we have the Hancock plan two stories 5,138 square ft five bedrooms five bath one half bath and let’s see what we got going on here silo garage once again brick pavers super long driveway again it’s the pattern as you can see right it shouldn’t shock you i do like that the porch area is covered here as well this is pretty cool here we go oh there you go sorry no problem at all all right let’s check it out handcuff Boyer okay so the stairs are right over there on the other side we got the Harry Potter room right there all right there we go this is last one so make sure you guys take it all in again I’ll put all the dimensions everything I can very very nice they did the entire ceiling this time nice little accent panel there these are the expensive couches i like this everything is nice and low outdoor area looks very beautiful wow all right let’s get it started we got our office here i would make this a podcast room straight from there we have our bathroom see I like the wood trim wood panels it just makes it look modern you know I know that there’s another state i I don’t know i think of California when I see this kind of stuff I think of California i think of you know contemporary but modern uh this one is split up pretty nice i like that they made it nice and private you have your office on one end and you have your bedroom off to its own little corner wow very airy in here super tall ceilings again I’ll try to give you guys the dimensions of this main bathroom let me know what you guys think i know my energy might be a little bit lower because I’ve been recording for hours been here all day what is that is that a little hidden wow that’s pretty cool pretty neat i was not expecting that behind that thin of a door standup shower of course tile all the way up nice centerpiece here and the closet keeps going on for a little bit longer everything is pretty seamless though you can see even the hardware this opens up all the way nice colors how are you sir doing good nice man and yeah this this outdoor area they did really really nice again pattern you have those automatic kind of shades that go up and down it’s pretty tricky though because I was looking and it looks like it’s not even down when it is you have to kind of look at the bottom at the border to tell if it is so just don’t run into it you know what I mean all right very nice waterfall here see two c uh two islands and a lot of people like it and everything is facing the right way right seamless everything is just clean straight shot huge huge huge everything is super super nice here fisher and Pico they had that in the other model so again same builder this is just another floor plan that they offer see I love that they had this little hidden kind of pantry thing going on these are the kind of features that I would expect right and a luxury home of this caliber everything is very very minimal if you guys like that minimalistic kind of feel design this home is great soft close everything and of course we got the wine celler right here super nice let’s go upstairs now guys almost almost we’re not going upstairs yet not just yet oh okay laundry room but that’s for a dog that’s a nice feature i’ve never seen that before they got this for the dog i don’t know what they’re going to put there uh washer and dryer of course and full like this now this entire second floor is just another piece of paradise if you ask me if you want to know anything about Brandon about me I love me a balcony i cannot get enough of this this This alone does it for me and loft with another balcony on suite up here got the closet bedroom i’m going to get the dimensions have the sales reper working on actually sending me over the dimensions so that way I can give those to you guys i think it’s really important especially if you are already a homeowner i’m sure you go based off of dimensions if you’re looking for another home and you guys might be watching from your home in another state again you might not even be in Florida so the least that I can do is at least allow for you to visualize with actual numbers and measurements again I know the size of the home is different the way it appears on camera however I try to circumvent that by at least giving you guys the dimensions that you need i really really love this second floor because again you have this loft that’s enclosed with the balcony right there so and if you want me to send the floor plan sheets for all of these homes comment Bella Kina down below i can just put it in a one-stop shop for my sun seekers everybody trying to chase the sun and move to Florida it’s for you so this is a 10 out of 10 in my book seriously does matter to me what the price is this is a 10 out of 10 simply for the fact that the color this just this just feels like home it It feels like home that’s all I can say it genuinely does and I’m glad for that this literally feels like home so I’m pretty sure I showed you the entire home i’m going to show you the outside now okay we’ll take a look outside and see what we got going on i love this the underglow in the cabinets this is just beautiful you can’t beat this another shower oh is this what I think it is don’t pay attention to the phone the GoPro died unfortunately my other camera died this is weird i mean I get it though you got to close the doors but almost ran into that and we have our nice bedroom here turf artificial grass looks like decent pool but you know it still works it’s still pretty nice all of these places
