Can you tell me about Benny Beats? Apparently, you were the DJ on the van. 6:00 a.m. I picture the Aviators on in the van heading to a golf course just trying to get the boys hyped up. I would take the aux always in the van. Unfortunately, couldn’t connect the turntables to the to the van ride. Towards the end of college, I got into it. I actually um I traded KJ Smith. So, Kenny the Jet son played on the men’s basketball team and he had this travel turntable set from Pioneer and he wanted golf clubs. I was like, “Well, I’ll give you some golf clubs if you give me the DJ DJ set.” So, he traded and I started getting into it. It’s funny. Keith Mitchell was uh on a trip like last year. He sent me some classic American song. He’s like, “Can you can you add like a beat drop to this and like mix it and make it cool and I remember pulling out my turntables from like the attic and making him a quick little clip and send it to him. I don’t think it was very good, but he probably he probably has it. He could probably play it at some point. It’s a little ridiculous.” Cashmir Keith has high expectations. Only the best for Kashmir. He does. I give him a hard enough time.
