It was out you can see the shadow of the ball cross the line at .25 speed

The ball was clearly in when viewed at .25x and looking when the shadow hits the ground. The ball was almost a foot in. The hardest balls to judge are the ones where the ball is hit very fast and you have to whip your head to see.
