Hey everyone, Josh here with King Golf. Today I’m going to do the long awaited long-term review on the Blue Tase 4 Ultra. A lot of you guys have been asking and so I wanted to come on and give you guys my uh long-term review. I’ve now used this for the past few months and I think I have enough uh data and insight to tell you whether or not it’s a recommend. Uh and so if it’s Bobby King approved or not and spoiler alert, it is. Um it works really well. I want to talk about some of the features and the pricing. They do free shipping and they stand by their products. But this has an OLED display, active track brightness control, the advanced flag lock, which is really cool. When you’re uh shooting the flag and you push the button, when it senses the flag, it locks on automatically and it does it super fast. It’s one of the things that I think differentiates this from other rangefinders is the speed in which it locks on to the flag. people that I’ve played with that have used it have said, “Man, this thing really works quick.” Has an auto depth filter, pulse vibration, it’s got the magnetic strip, a 1200 yard range, slope switch, so you can play, you know, uh, tournament mode or not, and then it’s IP54 weather resistant. If I had to have a gripe, it would be that it is battery powered, not rechargeable. And so, it does have the battery. And now, it does come with three batteries. I’m still on the first battery that is the CR2 3V battery. So, they’re not super expensive. do. The batteries do last for a long time. And it does have the locking uh space so that you can keep everything from getting wet. You can adjust the uh focus utilizing this ring back here. And then I mean overall I have the black one. I think it looks great. It’s got a great feel. It uh again works quick. And you know I’ve had the three which is their previous version for the past 3 years. I still it still works. I just wanted to try the newer technology. And I do have to say that if you’re thinking about is it worth the upgrade, I do think it is. I think if you’re looking for faster flag locking, longer battery life, you know, and the newer technology, then I think this 4 Ultra is the one for you. So, check it out. bluetesgolf.com.
