The latest renovations at M&T Bank Stadium that will debut this fall include seats that are closer to the field and an area to view postgame news conferences taking place inside the team’s interview room through a two-way mirror. Along with other accoutrements, these changes will help bring the 27-year-old structure up to par with many other stadiums around the league that already offer such experiences and more. I think the nice thing about these renovations is the ability to activate the stadium in more dynamic ways. We think this makes the stadium more attractive for third party events, soccer matches, concerts, but we also have the team store and some opportunities in some of our smaller spaces to bring some of the community activities. Uh here as you can see in front of this now new first row, we need to still put in three rows of seats back. So that’s where those seats would be used for.
