Contested each May, the PGA Championship is the second major championship in golf’s annual rotation, and perennially features the strongest field in the men’s game based on the Official World Golf Rankings. Known for dramatic finishes and notable champions, the Wanamaker Trophy—which has been awarded to the winner since 1916—is inscribed with names such as Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Jack Nicklaus, and Gary Player.

The 2025 PGA Championship is set to take place between 15-18 May at Quail Hollow Club. The reigning champion is Xander Schauffele.

Aim it right in between those two bunkers in the distance. And we’re off. That’ll do. All right. Perry just off the green at 12. And a good look for Perry. Does it go? How about that? Andy, no green, no problem. John Perry for birdie to move to even. Got to love. Looks like it’s sitting up for Jason Day off the green at 11. Jason Day is one of the players that uses club around the greens all the time and with such great success. I watched him at the Bears Club one day practice for about four hours. I might have broken 80. Luke Donald though, look at this. European Rder Cup captain still has it at age 47. You saw him yesterday before uh had to contend with shots like this. Yeah, just a delicate little shot right there. Kind of a little stab. No problem. Yep. If there’s anyone that can handle that type of adversity, it’s Scotty Sheffler. to 13. Captain Bradley coming off birdie leaning left and that’s what a great line. Look at that bounce and he puts on the brakes. Keegan. Oh, give it to him. Little burglary there. He buries it for an eagle. Scotty’s second on nine. Another sixiron. The best he’s hit today. That’s as good an approach as we’ve seen on nine. Spectacular from the world’s number one player. Gerard taking a really lofted club. Get it on the edge downhill all the way home. That’s on the move. Gerard. That’s a three. Look at the back nine. And Eric Cole. [Applause] [Music] That is cold. moment. 211. That’s Tom Kim. Two under par. He’s playing well. When you hit the fairway, this can be a scoring only. The 11th. A really good line. Oh my goodness. Wow. Almost hold that one. Hey, he pushed it a little, didn’t he? Speaking of 16 in the green mile, Justin Thomas from the back of the green. Way down below the level. Justin Thomas. [Applause] Here’s our first look at the drivable 14th. 347 today. It’s going to be a little bit more difficult to get it on the green than yesterday when 78% of the players went for it. Holy smokes, Max. Was that any good? You got to be kidding me. Oh. Oh, thank you very much. I guess it won’t be so tough to drive it on 14. Over to six. And our first look at the six today. Power three, 252 yardds. I guess that’s how you should play it. Just miss the green to the left and pitch it in. We’ve seen probably 20 pitchins this week. It’s been amazing. Cam Smith at the par 510th. Tough spot, but if anyone can do it, it’s Cam Smith. I finished your sentence for you now. Homer shot spun back to here. Wow. Max Homer shoots a 30 a six under par back nine and the third for Victor Havlin. He has worked so hard on this portion of the game and he has improved a great deal. And there you see the hard work paying off in a big way. Okay. In a major championship, he’s been dealing with kind of shoulder injuries. Still a good two days though here at Quail Hollow. Fourth for Smallley. [Music] What a way to make four. And Jeff, I can’t think this even from the drop area is a totally comfortable shot. No, you don’t want to be hitting your third shot into the screen. Except for if he could do that. [Laughter] Up the hill on 18. Make it. And he does. Second hole. Tom Johnson who’s had a lot of really neat shots. One of the club professionals and another for Tom. He even hung there in suspense for a second or so. Seeu Kim’s playing really well today. He’s 400 under par. Currently has the best round going of any player out on the golf course. Three under overall and one of the best shots we’ve seen at number six. How good it goes. We go see amazing. He’s had more of those on tour than any player. Big dog. Danny McCarthy on 13. buckets. How about it? At 12, McKimon second. Many ways to hydrate, Matt. There are. It’s called rehydrating. So, McKibben gets up on that shelf. I tell you, this week the 12th fairway, second hardest to hit here at the this and that field typically the best in the game. Playing well again to two. Good point, Havlin. John, straight up the hill. Can he run it in? Yes. Short game’s gotten better and better as his career’s going on. That was a beautiful birdie putt. And Victor Havlin gets to three under. See if John can make this one on three. Well, you mentioned it stayed in that first cut. Makes it easier. Let’s go to 14. Matt Wallace started his round at 10 again. This is the per four with all kinds of action. We’ve got more already with Matt Wallace holding that bunker shot for an eagle. And I see think we’ll see multiple Eagles there today playing just over 300 downhill downwind. Everybody will be taking a cut at that green. Over at four hitsune in the greenside bunker. Look at this. How about it? The 81st hole out this week by the field. So we have been seeing them go in and hitsune adds to the list. Just off the green going with putter and a long birdie attempt. He’s got it. So Xander opens with a birdie. We go to 18. This is just the second group to reach the 18th, which was such a brute yesterday. Bo Hustler. Oh, what’s so tough about this? 16. The long pile four. Maverick Neely from the high side. Good things can happen out here. And what a run he has had too with that five under his last five holes. [Applause] Now at the 15th, Alex Norin out of the bunker. His fourth is good. Norin holds out and he’s now at six under par. It’s a Sheffller showcase performance. Scotty’s thinking what green mile. Five under the last five holes for the world number one. Hit in about six or seven of them yesterday. Now Scotty, [Music] that’s from 86 yds. chance to turn the tide to take advantage of this good break. Well done. No issue with the footing there on the pine [Applause] score off that view. Love that puck. Scotty Sheffller bogey birdie first two holes. What a bounce back. He had a poor bunker shot Doy at the opening hole. [Music] I think that’s all about to change, Frank. Oh, look at that. I thought it could be a potential twoshot swing here instead. Up ahead, this is Riley. Whoa. On the fly. You’ve got to be kidding [Applause] me. Let’s go to 10. The third for John Rom at the par five. Left in a really good spot coming out of that first cut. Should be able to spin it. Oh yes, Colts. Beautiful shot for Rahm from the Blunket. Pretty good lie. Really good lie. Seven iron back into the wind. He’s taking this whole location on. Good for him. He needs to. What a quality shot. What an opportunity here. Only one back. Get even. Started the day five back. He’s got that look in his eye. And he’s a man on a mission. He sure does. And we know that look. Two-time major champion, US Open Masters. With that cross-handed style. This is his second. This is for Eagle. And it is. An eagle for Fitzpatrick. And there’s that three shot swing we were talking about. Adam Scott makes five. Fitzpatrick makes two. That’s by 14 as a [Applause] back to the golf shot at 14. Stepping right in quickly. Doy need cleaner contact than we had on the first couple. Look at the saddle. Much better. It’s just really crispy around that hole. Sure is. It is getting shiny around that hole at 14 now. Big one here for a little cushion. Sheer for birdie at 14. Yes, Scotty Sheffler now two in front with four to play. [Music] No matter. It’ll just make the final margin five. Scotty Sheffler wins in a runaway in the showdown at Charlotte.

  1. What the HELL is going on with PGA piss poor uploads? You had one job and you didn’t even do it, where are the scores????

  2. Like watching bowlers bowl nothing but strikes or hitters nothing but home runs; I agree, the worst highlights in sports. No scores, no progression, no context, so zero drama

  3. Terrible highlights and players who won't give interviews but who happily accept millions of dollars. Don't you realize that noone wants to watch the PGA Tour as it is? Wake up and sort it out.

  4. Wtf no score, no name? Are they selling a package or something we have to buy to see them?

  5. lousy highlights,,,football much better,,,biggest complaint,,should of shown scores of the top ten players after each punt was made,,,very,,very bad………………
