With an increasing number of followers on social media, thanks to her golfing updates, Kai is believed to be setting her sights on a professional golfing career.

“It was awesome. It was crazy. Genuinely, he always gives me a run for my money. It’s pretty close,” she shared, admitting that more often than not, her grandfather emerges victorious: “It’s never really like game over and I’ve won on the 15th hole. He wins a lot of the time. I do have to say that. I’ve got to get better.”

Kai shared a playful tale from the links, recalling how the ex-president tried to rattle her during a pivotal shot. “One time I was not on his team and I had to make this eight-foot birdie putt to win and he’s trying to get in my head like standing right over me, standing next to me.”

She nailed the putt and celebrated with a triumphant fist pump, which brought a smile to his face despite his loss.

“I sunk it and l looked up and go like this (fist pumping) and he started smiling. That was the best moment. When I made that putt, even though he lost, he was so happy and smiling and laughing. That was a pretty special moment, too.”

Additionally, Kai recounted an emotional encounter with her granddad after a frightening ordeal, saying: “I was going to say the RNC was pretty special for both of us because it was right after he got shot and I hadn’t seen him since then.”

The gravity of their reunion amidst the chaos left them both misty-eyed. “It was like the world stopped. It was that type of feeling. I was out with my friends actually. That was really special. We both got a bit teary-eyed. I’ll never forget that. It was nice to see him again and it was a really special moment. But on the golf course, there’s a lot. I play with him so often.”
