J-Mac played entire holes whereas I hit the shots from after his tee shot, to completion of the hole. I did hit tee shots on par 3’s though.
This was one of our first rounds together for my trip in Malaysia. We worked a lot on his game since this round and the next video will show my favorite concept of CONSEQUENCE FREE GOLF.
This round was really stress-free for me, but for J-Mac, he may ave felt some pressure, and was swinging it really hard and lost his rhythm. It was stress-free for me, because i had NO attachment to the previous shot and I was just trying to get the call into the hole which meant I had no baggage from prior shots. if we can get rid of this baggage immediately, golf will be much easier.
The knock on effect of a shot hit too hard, which increases tension in your body, is that you are scared of screwing the next one up. We must remove the possibility to hit a bad shot by being relaxed and stress-free…
Once we can be stress-free by hitting shots that make us comofrtable by thinking about our shot deeply before the actual shot, then we can be enlightend golfers.
J-Mac and I worked on the smoothness of his swing later on and his latest videos will show how much better he did.
