  1. Is it me or as Roy Keane soften to a point where a manager calling out players for a poor season pulls on his heartstrings I never thought I'd see the day on this occasion pep is right the season is a disappointment but the players have so much money in the bank that from the outside it's acceptable that city have fallen off but for the standards of the club in the last decade it will even with fa cup success be a bang average season

  2. Man City are a shadow of what they were. Look at the players they’ve got now compared to a couple of years ago and it’s easy to see why. There best players now are too old, the younger players aren’t as good! Grealish also needs to leave, there’s obviously something gone on between him and Guardiola, he’s too good to be constantly stuck on the bench!

  3. Why is it when city have injuries its "set backs" and they've "dug in" but when Arsenal have half the squad injured in 2nd place and still in the champs league they've not been good enough bottled it arteta out all this rubbish im not even an arsenal fan but theres defo an agenda at play

  4. I know Arsenal have a game tonight, but there's only a five-point gap between them and City. If City win the FA Cup and finish third, and Arsenal go out of the Champions League, then in my opinion, City will have had the better season. Especially considering all the setbacks they've faced.

  5. A lot of new players coming in. Pep is being harsh because he's warning them who've just come in that winning the Fa Cup and CL qualification is not the standard.

He's setting the expectations and standards for the next group

  6. I think Roy's comments are spot on, if they finish in a champions league position possibly even 3rd, win the FA cup then given the injuries and inconsistency of a season they've had it's still a far better season than any team finishing below them not winning a trophy or qualifying for any European tournament. They have set the bar so high anything else is deemed failure and they will get criticism. But the reality is that if they win the FA Cup and qualify for champions league. Its another season they've won a tournament and if they are capable of doing that then they will be a far more capable opposition next season with players injury free and new additions will make them more fearsome to play

  7. “It’s not like a crisis, their sitting half way down the table”
    Ooooooooo! Dig!!! 😅

  8. Players just not hungry nuff. Won so much past few years that trust me most of them are running on 80% . Where that 20% is exactly what makes a difference in football. Not a tragedy chill. Its not an army.

  9. Keane should be praising pep for this attitude. Keanes on record saying when he was at united and they won the league he was questioning the standard thinking we should be winning more doubles

  10. Funny how when Liverpool were completely decimated by injuries the season after we won the league Keane said it was one of the worst title defences going, I don’t see what the difference is to be honest.

  11. Yet Keane called Liverpool "poor champions" in 20/21 despite it being the most injury-ravaged season in the club's history and them still making third in the table 🤷

  12. And Roy Keane wouldn't be criticising Man Utd if they were dominating for years again then suddenly had an off season?
Then Shay Given saying City will bounce back next season despite over a hundred charges still not being addressed so one can assume they will carry on spending their many millions??
But last season Everton and Forest lost points almost immediately
The game is corrupt and finished now IMO ⚒️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
