The Oregon State women’s golf team is off to NCAAs.

After capturing the school’s first-ever conference championship in women’s golf, the Beavers earned an automatic bid into the national tournament.

They were placed in the Norman, Oklahoma region with 11 other teams, slated for regional competition from May 5-7 at Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club.

72 total teams compete in the NCAA championships, with the lowest-scoring five teams and lowest-scoring individual (not from a qualifying team) advancing from each regional to the finals. The NCAA championship finals tournament will be held at Omni La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, California, on May 16-21.

Excluding the 2020 NCAA tournament which was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, OSU has made the postseason for eight consecutive seasons, tying a program record.

4. Michigan State

5. Duke

6. Oklahoma

7. Baylor
