When/if Rune will get his act together he will be the man to beat. I love Alcaraz and his entertainment style, but Rune would be a tough one, always when or if he will finally get his act together and stop being a spoiled brat.

For Alcaraz fans it's not easy to match him with greatness of big 3 and it's very early to predict that he broke all those records because these other young players like Sinner ,rune , , draper and there are more who improved their game a lot and in coming years they also won multiple grandslam titles for sure so saying this in the next 10 years Alcaraz won 20 GS is just funny 🤣

If you saw Rune’s annihilation of Khachanov in the semis, you knew this could be the result. Alcaraz had his typical concentration lapse right on schedule, but this time he didn’t have the first set in his pocket to bail him out. Excellent, focused, and consistent play from Rune won him this match

Rune can play good tennis if he leaves emotions out of it. He has an arrogance about him but is getting better. He plays goid tennis. Felt for him when he lost in the previous final and he cried openly

I've always thought that Rune played too defensively and this performance is proof that Rune playing more offensively can compete at the level of the current top players. It's clear that that he's talented and athletic, but there seemed to be something missing from his game. I remember watching him at IW a while back and was easily impressed. Sad to see Alcaraz lose and his momentum broken, but it's nice to see Rune perform well and win too.

Rune has really matured. Always thought the guy had the talent but for some reason he never quite matched the level of play sinner and carlos were at consistently these last 3 years. Now seems like he really is a top 5-10 player. Good luck to him.
Idk is it just me or is carlos just not having that great of a year?….hes getting to the later rounds everywhere he goes but hes just getting beat.
He may need to really check his mental before going into the French open. Otherwise its an early out for him. Physically hes there but so many mental unforced errors as if hes not that driven to win like he once was…
Once again, Carlos made to many errors and just unfocused.
