  1. Change the title of the video! No german supporters SUPPORT THIS.
Take it down or change the title ffs

  2. All these clips paint a very grim picture of Flick as a coach. The atmosphere is awful and yet many people in the comments applaud him for how he handles things.

  3. How Kimmich went from "That's not the way we want it" to let's have another training session for clearing the process.
    The German Discipline

  4. Kimmich ist klasse. Er spricht die Dinge mutig an, das traut sich so gut wie kein anderer. Respekt an ihn.

  5. Joshua kimmich HUMILIATES hansi flick and gets the whole team to laugh at hansi and got him to cry and leave the dressing room what a absolute banger from kimmich!😱

  6. HOPING WITH GOD'S GRACE THAT THIS TEAM PERFORMS AT THIS LEVEL THROUGHOUT THE SEASON IN ALL COMPETITION THAT TOO INJURY FREE πŸ₯ΊπŸ₯Ί

  7. It's Good to provide feedbacks and Perceptions.
I failed in my life in many chances where I didn't able to express my feelings.

  8. how did he hit back?he thought what was needed to do and he shared the idea,he was being a leader and he was also respectful, shut up amazon

  9. It's called psychological safety,it's the best thing any leader can do,it allows subordinates to share their opinion, which most times helps in addressing any issue effectively and improving.

  10. Only Germans can take constructive criticism like that, in Mexico, England, USA, Spain, Argentina that’s a threat to the manager and disrespectful and can cost you your spot on the starting 11. Kimmich has a greater understanding and knows how to use words to get his point across his teammates as well, and suggests to practice the idea so they’re clear to what to do. Others would take it as a challenge and shut him down and get the next guy that wants to listen

  11. Flick in Barca πŸ˜ƒ
    Flick Germany 🀑
    Flick Bayern πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€

  12. I'd pay good money to watch similar footage form Greece's campaign in 2004. Zagorakis, Karagounis, Katsouranis, Nikopolidis, Dellas, Tsiartas, Nikolaidis, Dabizas, Goumas, Basinas, Vryzas. a squad full of alphas, and a general who managed to put their egos to the side.

  13. It's a huge problem when the coach is so uncertain on how to play or doesn't communicate it well, that really negatively transfers to the team and you see it on the field.

  14. There's going through a plan and 'going through a plan'. It's the subtleties of timing, position and balance that make all the difference in football, it isn't just shifting individual pieces in a certain order into defined squares like chess.

I don't know if Flick's response comes across the same way to a German as to a Brit, but to me responding with "haven't we gone through this?" and following that up with "maybe I speak a different language" carries the implication of "Are you thick? You should understand this by now".

And if that is a consistent vibe the manager is giving off, chances are an atmosphere emerges where the players aren't comfortable asking questions about parts of the plan they're unsure of – they're worried they'll reveal themselves as stupid or insubordinate. And it all comes to a head during and after the match when they can't pretend they fully understood it anymore. Credit to Kimmich for staying composed and not backing down

Most adults have had the misfortune to work in an environment similar to this, right?

  15. Everyone giving props to Kimmich, but he was cowardly, in my mind. He said with the back 4 they had, he felt they were in trouble, but then didn't name names.

  16. If this was tic tok they’ll start insulting flick or saying his less I love YouTubers though they have good ball knowledge
