Most golfers misunderstand wrist set — and it’s killing their lag and consistency. In this video, I’ll show you why setting your wrists might be the wrong move and what you should do instead.
Using HackMotion data, we break down what really creates lag and how to get it right.

If I could be as confident as the man in this video, I would have conquered the world by now💋
Great explanation, thanks
Interesting, so you advocate having the wrists (or at least left one for a right handed golfer) arch up at setup? I've often wondered if it's better to have them up, down, or in-between at setup, and how that would affect both swing and impact. I' ve often thought that a high wrist at setup might lead to the heel of the club being low at impact. (and maybe flatter lies on irons).
How did you know I have been working on my wrist set?
Interesting… Thank you
Yet another really helpful video, probably the one move i need to focus on being a fader of the ball 🙃
Normal range of ulnar deviation is almost twice that of radial deviation
Low 30 ‘s compared to the high teens
Great video thanks! What should I be focusing on with the right hand thought this process though? In regards to flexion/extension?
This is gold. Have been waiting for this info for so long. So many hack motion videos but none that clearly show this full range to impact and describe the critical starting point. Would love some more detail on that post impact wrist shape, but thanks for taking the time to make this, great video.
Anyone have a link to the orange device on the left wrist? I could use a long ziptie, but that seems wasteful.
This was extremely detailed and yet easy to follow. Well done!
