You don’t need to learn the full DynAlign dynamic pre-shot alignment system to benefit from its ability to provide a more stable putting stroke. The lead hand grip is a stand alone technique that can benefit many putting styles.
This grip is similar to the grip used by putting great Loren Roberts, and can provide stability against excess wrist flexing during a putting stroke. It can be used with lead hand low, trail hand low, arm lock, pencil, or claw, type putting grips.
To use just the lead hand grip from DynAlign to stabilize the lead wrist, supinate the lead hand to a soft end range before gripping the club. The lead thumb will go more diagonally across the putter grip, rather than straight down the top.
