WHISKEY BENT & HELL BOUND
been racing road bikes at ‘tour of the gila’ the last few years (overlapping weekend), so we decided to switch things up and head on down to prescott, az for the epic rides whiskey off road mountain bike race. variable weather conditions made for an interesting weekend. kelsey gave things a go in the pro field, but some early, tricky to solve punctures put her pretty far behind.

@TrainerRoad for optimal performance, how many grams of carbs an hour should i be consuming when editing videos? mostly zone 2 with some zone 5.
