is he still playing legato golf balls? i bought a dozen, they dont seem to be durable at all. my irons were chewing up the balls after a few holes..
Ping i230 and Cobra Tour already have plastic inserts behind the face.
Good video. Makes me wish I was a bit younger. I would possibly look at these.
I think there is a caveat for some ten handicaps. I think that a lot depends on swing speed as well as ball striking ability. Someone like me, pushing 60 with a slowing of the swing, may not be someone for this set, even if it is long for a muscle back. I know some good, single digit guys that play the players distance and in some cases game improvement irons due to Father Time. They can hit the ball but don’t want to pull out a six iron from 150.
But damn those are sexy.
Ceramic? I always think of ceramic as something that is brittle and will easily break. Those are sharp looking irons though.
Rake away from you
Check out the proto concept irons I believe they have had the ceramic since last year
Love that the Ben Hogan brand is still around and you are giving them some exposure! Love my older sets
Ive got the CB demo iron, I'm already planning the purchase, it feels so good
Been waiting for you to review the Fort Worth irons. Contemplating between the Fort Worth combo set and the Takomo 301 combo set. Considering price wise, leaning towards Takomo.
Maltby and the Golfworks did this first. Its in their TS4 and was released well before the Ben Hogan. Hogan did not re-invent anything. Call up the Golfworks and ask for Britt Lindsey I'm sure he would be glad to tell you all about the process
Since my last name is hogan, and I love the game of golf should I be allowed to review them? Should game them?
Another great review. Could you review the Fort Worth CB model, thank you.
Doesn’t Bettinardi use ceramic co-forging in their new irons?
Love this video Gabe. The new upcoming Maltby TS3.5 will have the ceramic technology and even more forgiving than the TS3 which is exciting to think about.
I love seeing new stuff from Hogan, my favorite brand of all time!
Have you ever tested the orlimar fairway woods? If not would you please.
The only thing thinner than that top line is thinning on my head!! lol Awesome review!! Great looking irons!!!
Gabe, what putter grip do you have?
These Ben hogan clubs look so good , great review
can you do the cavity back please🙏
Wanted to buy your merchandise but no PayPal.
well done
Hogan…great irons and are coming up.. I bought a set of Hogan PTx Pro irons when they came back on the market a few years ago and got 7 irons and a stand bag for $ 700 dallors…only thing I wish Hogan Co. would offer More Shaft Options…KBS is not the shaft for these clubs….
Just got my set of the new Hogan CBs. Gorgeous
I’ve got a set of Hogan’s from the 90’s … forged and so smooth feeling. I love them and still play them.
Nice review Gabe. The new BH Forth worth looks absolutely stunning. I currently have in my collection the Forth Worth 15, which looks great and plays well, but this new version with the ceramic matrix core looks quite interesting.
Really enjoyed my Fort Worth 15's.
I’m sure these are nice irons but not sure about the price point. If they were down around $799 for 4-P, then they might sell more.
These look incredible but I am SO ready to see the M50s!!
Great review Gabe.
Top notch as always.
Hogan make some of the best looking clubs! I still have my classic set of Apex Edge irons! Thanks
