I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but this is just my personal opinion. I watched your video twice. I absolutely love the way you describe a house—it’s truly enjoyable. But with this one, I just couldn’t connect at all. It didn’t give me the feeling of a home in any way; it felt more like a hotel or some kind of showroom.
You see, when I watch your videos and listen to how you describe a house, I immediately imagine myself owning it. I start thinking things like, “This room that Enes is introducing has these great features—I’d make this my main bedroom, and I’d give that other room to my parents,” and so on.
For example, in your previous video, the one with the $50 million mansion, that really felt like a home. But this one… it just felt like a hotel—somewhere you’d eventually have to leave.
Your descriptions have the power to make any house feel warm and inviting. Thank you for creating such amazing videos!
Enes, what do you think about starting a onther channel focused on showcasing homes under a specific price, like $5 million? I know you put a lot of time into each video and mostly work with high-end properties and wealthy clients, but here’s something to consider—almost 99% of the people watching your videos can barely afford a few million dollars, if that.
Now imagine this—those same people watching your videos and seeing a home presented the way you describe it. If they see it the way you frame it, I bet there would be a bidding war for that house😅😅😅
