I have the 900 Forged and looking to upgrade. Will check out the 925 Forged.
The only JPX I liked was the JPX 919 Tour. All the JPX Tour after that was not nice.
Granted you weren’t hitting the sweat spot, but wouldn’t the difference in loft also affect the distance the ball traveled? Being that your shot dispersion is so similar between heads, I wonder what your results would have been if you’d gone up a club with the S-3.
Noticed the you're getting really short roll out numbers, like 1-2 yards only. Is that normal for a 7 iron?
I have a preference for the Mizuno JPX 921 Forged PX IO 5.5 shafts and the Mizuno Pro 223 with NS Pro Modus Tour 115 Stiff shafts and the JPX 921 Tour irons KBS $ S shafts. Lofts are ideal for all of these sets and felt no reason to move up to newer models.
Ditched my PXG 0211’s for the 921 SEL’s with the NS Pro Modus tour stiffs. Love em.
Those numbers with customers helped me none. Ive never seen that kinda distance
