Social media is abuzz with speculation after a video surfaced showing US President Donald Trump struggling to exit his golf cart. Concerns over his health grew as Internet users questioned, “What’s wrong with Donald Trump’s legs?” Some even speculated about a possible medical condition. This comes just days after a photo of his wounded hands fueled bizarre rumours online.
A widely shared video on X (formerly Twitter) shows the US president slowly stepping out of his golf cart. The clip then captures him at the Mar-A-Lago golf club in Palm Beach, Florida, appearing to drag one leg slightly.
Take a look at the video here:
There’s been lots of speculation over Trump’s health recently, this recent video of him on the golf course is a cause for concern.I think it’s only fair that Trump release his medical records.

As the video gained traction, social media users quickly speculated that the president was unwell. Some described his leg movement as resembling a “piece of wood,” while others referred to his gait as a “wobble.”
A few others expressed concern, noting that Trump is 78 years old and suggesting his movements could be age-related. Meanwhile, several users also wished him good health.
Responding to the speculation, White House Communications Director Steven Cheung dismissed the concerns, calling them baseless. “Deranged and morally bankrupt liberals — including corrupt media — have now resorted to complete falsehoods and fabricated lies because they have no shame. Instead, they spend every waking hour of their pathetic lives suffering from a debilitating case of Trump Derangement Syndrome that has rotted their brain,” he said, as quoted by Daily Mail.
Just a week earlier, a bruise on US President Trump’s hand during his meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron had already sparked speculation about his health, with social media users flooding X with concerns and theories.
Karoline Leavitt, the White House press secretary, spoke about the issue in a statement to Fox News Digital. “President Trump is a man of the people and he meets more Americans and shakes their hands daily than any other President in history,” she said, adding, “His commitment is unwavering and he proves that every single day.”
Trump’s mobility has been a topic of discussion before. Similar instances of him appearing to limp, drag his leg or struggle with balance during rallies and public appearances have been captured in videos from 2023 and early 2024.
