Ingredients
Yellow onion
2lbs ground beef
2 packets taco seasoning
2 cups rice
2 cans beans
2 cans rotel tomatoes
Directions
Sauté one onion with a little olive oil &salt and pepper
Mix in the ground beef with the Onions, once ground beef is almost all cooked add in the beans and rotel tomatoes to heat up for a couple minutes before mixing in the rice in the rice and enjoy!
Bonus: add cilantro and eat with an Avacado for extra flavor or use Chicken bone broth to make rice for more protein. Add more or less rice/ground beef for more or less protein/carbs
