  1. As a Pat's fan I can say all 4 of those picks were really good. I'd go as far as saying 4 excellent picks!

  2. Pennington was selected with the Jets' original pick and they got Abraham and Becht through trading Keyshawn Johnson. The pick that eventually became Ellis was from the Patriots when they hired Belichick after his one-day stint as coach of the Jets

  3. Shaun Ellis was a good, career player (2 pro bowls) for the Jets. John Abraham was a great player at a position that's hard to find (133.5 career sacks) but only 6 years with the Jets. Becht was not a 1st round talent (1,500 total career yards). Pennington was okay (0 pro bowls), crazy accurate just a weak arm.

  4. Chad was a god qb, who lead the league a couple of times in completion percentage but couldn’t stay healthy.

  5. Four first round picks and no hall of fame player. Abraham should be in though. Jets had the chance to completely turn the franchise around.

  6. You should have been in the super bowl years straight Jesus you give the steelers 4 first round picks with thier drafting history afc runs through pittsburgh. But Cleveland Jacksonville Chicago raiders could have 30 picks in the first round and still miss the playoffs.
