I remember watching Chi Chi Rodriguez hit a driver out of a fairway bunker on the 18th in a senior tournament – a big, low sweeping slice that ran probably 40 yards on its way to the middle of the green. That was the last truly creative shot I ever saw on television. The end of an era.
