Snooker Legend Jimmy White pays tribute to Snooker’s Terry Griffiths who died aged 77 after a long battle with dementia. Terry won the 1979 World Championship beating Dennis Taylor 24-16 in the final. Filming & Interview by Liam Galvin

  2. Dementia is really terrible, remember seeing Terry win the World Champs as a qualifier I think. Sipping tea (?) from his mug. Condolences to family and friends.

  3. Terry Griffiths was one of lifes gentlemen, he conducted himself admirably and he played great snooker.

  4. Very sad news about Terry I watched him back in the day when snooker was full of amazing personalities it was a great time RIP
