  1. It's not quite true. One can be a horizontal, torque or vertical force player any of the 'posts' you mentioned. Typically the trail post works best with a 'push', the middle post with a 'twist' and the lead post with a 'jump', but not always. Charles Howell is lead leg dominant but he's a 'push' force player. That's in part why he hits it so low.

  2. Shouldn't we work on our weak spot instead ?
    If you are comfortable with joind feet because you most of your swing come from your hip, you should work on extending and jumping with your lead foot etc.

    Good video nonetheless. Highlighting different sources of power in the swing and where it finds its origin in your bodymoves…
