I love the message from Daniel's book. The biggest take aways for me were:– Complex skills should be broken into smaller, manageable parts. – Focus on mastering each small section before putting them together. – Practicing slowly increases accuracy and strengthens neural pathways. – Speed comes later, but precision is built first. – Errors are crucial to learning. The brain builds stronger connections when mistakes are corrected. – Embracing discomfort leads to faster improvement. – Practicing the same skill in slightly different ways deepens learning. @themotivationalgolfer 10 months ago Great Book…great podcast!
