PED will increase physical attributes but not technique. I played football and did a cycle with proper diet and went from 198lbs 11% body fat to 225 in 12-15% body fat in 3.5 months. I was bigger and stronger but boxers when trying to make weight need to lose weight and keep muscle. Its a fine tune balance.
