There are many other things that came together to make the lions offense what it is not just Ben Johnson. 1 getting Brad Holmes .2 getting Dan Campbell. 3 trading trading Stafford for Goff .3 hitting gold on multiple Draft picks in multiple years, and 4 the Lions offense was custom built from the groundup for Goff by Johnson and Goff, Weather or not Chicago can duplicate that is anybody's guess

Yeah, well Shad Khan had already said that he would be open to firing the GM while the GM was sitting right next to him. The Bears aren’t willing to do that.
Poles should get a extension regardless!! Let's not forget this is technically Poles first year with a full team that he put together, he inherited Fields and had to play with that situation first. He's young and still maturing as a GM and has done a pretty good job, he's probably just a few pieces away from a playoff team.
